Processing

Once you placed an order, it will take 2 business days to process and ship your order (weekends and holidays are not included). If we don’t have something in stock, processing may take up to 4-5 business days to process and ship your order (weekends and holidays are not included).

Shipping 

After your order has been shipped, you will will then receive an email with your tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, it will then arrive in 1 - 3 business days with priority delivery or 3 - 7 business days with standard shipping (weekends and holidays are not included).

After your order has been shipped, your order is out of our hands. We are not responsible for any delayed or stolen/lost packages. Our shipping carriers are USPS or UPS and must be contacted for any concerns regarding your package if not received within specified time.

Returns/Refunds

All products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with the seal intact. Refunds will not be issued for any items that have been opened.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Chelux Naturals reserves the right to determine eligibility for any resolution based on inspection and verification.
